Fees

The current fee for service is predicated upon the efficiencies related to TG&A's processes and platform for providing continuing education credit for eligible educational activities.
Timely communication of scheduled events
TG&A expects
- a minimum of ten days for the process of reviewing a presentation for its eligibility for continuing education credit and preparing to award contact hours to eligible attendees.
- a minimum of 72 hours notice for all subsequently-scheduled activity the presentation
Electronic documentation of attendance
To ensure that attendees have access to CE credit immediately following attendance at an activity. TG&A documents attendance electronically immediately following each event.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that attendees are advised at the beginning of a presentation of the criteria for earning contact hours.
- They must attend the entire event.
- They must document their attendance electronically immediately following the event.
- They must be told that facility firewalls can interfere with communication from TG&A and their ability to complete the evaluation process, including downloading a CE certificate.
- They must complete the online evaluation and download a CE certificate within the allotted time frame
This electronic documentation of attendance does not interfere with the client's ability to collect attendee information from the activity host.
Adherence to the established deadline
The deadline for attendees to complete the evaluation/certificate process is either on the 15th or the last day of the month, whichever ensures that the attendees have a minimum of two weeks.
Once the deadline has passed, the evaluation is no longer accessible and no further CE credit can be awarded.
The portal has an easy-to-use reminder feature that enables the client to remind attendees to get their CE credit.
Client participation in the management of attendees
It is the client's responsibility to validate the attendance of anyone who claims they attended the event, but who did not successfully document their attendance.
Please note that facililty firewalls often block invitation and reminder emails. The client may choose to monitor the activity on the TG&A portal and contact attendees who do not claim their CE credit.
Should the client wish to contact the attendees, email addresses are included in the attendance list.
Survey Results
Survey results are accessible on the TG&A portal. They can be downloaded to a spreadsheet and analyzed for whatever information might be valuable to the speaker or client.
To capture the results, highlight the entire screen (Control-A) and copy it (Control-C), The paste it into a spreadsheet using PASTE SPECIAL/TEXT to ensure that the data resolves into columns. (Note: a simple PASTE will put all data into a single column.)
Additional levels of service are available.
TG&A is not responsible for managing attendees
- who clain to have attended but are not on the attendee list (client must vouch for their attendance)
- who fail to follow instructions
- who have a minimal level of expertise with computers
- whose facility firewalls prevent them from receiving TG&A communication or completing the process of getting their CE credit
- who fail to complete the process of getting CE credit within the alloted time frame
Additional levels of service are available should the client want TG&A to assume responsibilities in addition to providing making contact hours available to eligible attendees.
