Our nursing community has become tech savvy and comfortable with distance education and the self-service process of obtaining CE certificates. TG&A is taking advantage of technology to meet our users' growing sophistication by providing an efficient, effective, digital self-service environment for delivering education and awarding CE credit.

Efficiencies designed to make life easier for you include:

  • establishing a deadline to ensure an efficient evaluation/certificate process and encourage professional accountability 
  • logging attendance electronically at the end of each presentation

  • enhancing navigation of the portal

  • invoicing monthly or upon request

  • making tiered pricing available for additional services

 

Improvements that enhance portal involvement for attendees:

  • prompt access to the activity evaluation, ensuring maximum length of time to earn a CE credit before the deadline

  • enhanced portal navigation with a customized activity page listing only those activities pertinent to the user

  • providing a display name for certificates

  • managing primary (log-in) and secondary email addresses
